File Submission Guidelines

Please ensure your files are in either RGB or CMYK color modes. Files in Index or Grayscale color spaces will not be accepted.

Pantone Colors Warning:
Files containing Pantone colors may result in inaccurate prints. Be sure to convert all Pantone colors to CMYK or RGB before submitting, as we will not reprint jobs due to incorrect Pantone usage.

Color Matching Notice:
We do not offer color matching services. There is no need to include backgrounds in your files—we will detect white ink as needed.

Turnaround Time:
Our standard production time is 3-5 business days.

By submitting your order, you agree to indemnify and hold Sportswear Express and its affiliates harmless from any loss, cost, expense, or damages arising from claims that the printing of your file infringes on any copyright or proprietary rights.
