Embroidery pricing is determined by factors such as design stitch count, complexity, special processes, and order quantity. Stock designs or simple lettering don’t incur setup fees, but custom designs require a one-time setup or digitizing fee, typically ranging from $60 to $80, which may include artwork assistance if needed. We also provide sample sew-outs for your approval on all newly digitized designs to ensure your satisfaction.
Our minimum embroidery order is $50 in merchandise, excluding any setup fees. For example, ordering 6 polos that total over $50 would meet the minimum requirement.
